oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels - 1
oz Noilly Prat® sweet vermouth - 1
oz Amaro Averna® - 1
dash Bitter Truth® grapefruit bitters -
Lemon Peel garnish
directions
- Pour Averna into a chilled old fashioned glass.
- Add remaining ingredients into a mixing glass and stir for 25 seconds.
- Add ice to the old fashioned glass and strain the cocktail over ice.
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
