Plain Whiskey Cocktail

oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels - 2
barspoons simple syrup - 2
dashes Angostura® bitters
directions
- Add all ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Stir with ice for 20 seconds.
- Strain into an Old Fashioned glass (no ice).
- Garnish with a lemon peel.
