
Ingredients
2½ oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz 2:1 honey syrup
3 oz ginger beer
fresh ginger
fresh lemon
Preparation
Shake everything but the ginger beer, strain into a Collins glass over ice and grate fresh ginger to taste. Top with ginger beer and a lemon wheel.
