4 slices bosc pear

2 oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

¼ oz simple syrup

½ oz unfiltered apple cider

¼ oz walnut liqueur

1 splash old fashioned bitters

1 splash fresh lemon juice


Muddle the pear and add remaining ingredients. Shake and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of pear and a dusting of fresh cinnamon.
