1½ oz ANGEL'S ENVY Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
¾ oz peach purée
¾ oz simple syrup
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz Bonal Gentiane Amaro
Preparation
Shake, strain into Collins glass. Top with soda water, garnish with peach slices and mint sprig.
