.75 oz Angel’s Envy Rye Finished in Caribbean Rum Casks

.75 oz Cognac

.75 oz Sweet Vermouth

.25 oz Benedictine

2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Preparation

Prepare all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir. Place julep strainer atop mixing glass. Pour over proper ice of your choice into a rocks glass. Peel and express lemon oils into drink. Garnish with lemon peel and cherry
