1 1/2 oz Angel's Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

3/4 oz Orange blossom honey syrup

1/2 oz Fresh lemon juice

4 oz Earl Grey tea

2 dashes Cardamom bitters


  • Add bourbon, honey, lemon and bitters into a cocktail shaker with ice
  • Shake
  • Pour over fresh ice into a Collins glass
  • Top with Earl grey tea and stir
  • Garnish with a lemon slice and edible flowers (if you're feeling fancy)

  • Dilute the honey 1:1 with water
  • This is best done either by adding hot water to honey and stirring to combine, or heating in a saucepan until honey and water have combined.
