Ingredients
2 oz Angel's Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Local Honey Syrup
Coffee Ice Cubes
Grated Coffee Bean garnish
Preparation
- Cocktail:
- Add Angel's Envy, lemon juice, honey syrup and regular ice cubes in a shaker
- Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
- Add coffee ice cubes to rocks glass
- Strain contents of the shaker over rocks glass
- Garnish by grating a coffee bean over the top
- Honey Syrup
- Add 2 parts honey and 1 part water to a saucepan over medium heat
- Heat until dissolved
- Coffee Ice Cubes
- Pour cooled coffee or cold brew into ice molds
- Freeze
