2 oz Angel's Envy Bourbon Finished in Port Wine Barrels

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

3/4 oz Local Honey Syrup

Coffee Ice Cubes

Grated Coffee Bean garnish

Preparation

  • Cocktail:
  • Add Angel's Envy, lemon juice, honey syrup and regular ice cubes in a shaker
  • Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds
  • Add coffee ice cubes to rocks glass
  • Strain contents of the shaker over rocks glass
  • Garnish by grating a coffee bean over the top
  • Honey Syrup
  • Add 2 parts honey and 1 part water to a saucepan over medium heat
  • Heat until dissolved
  • Coffee Ice Cubes
  • Pour cooled coffee or cold brew into ice molds
  • Freeze
