Ginger Baker
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Angel's Envy Bourbon
1/2 oz Fresh ginger juice
1/2 oz Fresh lime juice
1/4 oz Allspice dram
Egg White
Cracked pepper garnish
Preparation
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously
- Add ice then shake again
- Strain into a Coupe glass
- Sprinkle cracked pepper over the top of the drink
